The Dealer continues with their dishonesty: "the majority of our customers have super positive experiences while shopping with us" Obviously Mr Norton has not read the reviews here or on Yelp, there are a significant amount of dissatisfied customers, this is typical of this dealers blinders to the customers needs, and dishonesty.
