Having purchased dozens of company cars over 30 years, I have never had such a horrible experience, The experience with the business manager was nothing short of completely rude, and hostile. I went to the dealer to purchase a new Subaru, and left shaking my head wondering how this dealer can stay in business with such an employee, according to their website Mr Norton their business manager was the individual acting like a madman, there were other customers and sales people present including myself, we were all in shock. I left this dealership and went to Milford Subaru, it was a pleasant experience, AND their price was better, Highly recommended. I strongly recommend you avoid this Granite Subaru, with the rudeness and their shoddy bait and switch tactics the public deserves better.
