I purchased my 2023 Legacy on the spot. Great trade at fair price. Dealership was clean and comfortable and all the work was done in less than two hours. I drove home in my new White Legacy with a smile and that hasn't left my face. I came here for service for a transmission issue that the dealer I bought the car from couldn’t diagnose. Granite took the time to keep the vehicle and find out what was wrong and fixed it. I bought my car here back in May. I was told they did a thorough inspection before I pulled it off the lot. 2 months later, my brake pads were worn down. I brought my car in in July a I was told they did a thorough inspection before I pulled it off the lot. 2 months later, my brake pads were worn down. I brought my car in in July and they told me it was because the way I was driving. Funny enough, I had surgery in June and was not able to drive for a month. I still had to pay full price for brakes. The same time I had them look at my brakes, I had them do an oil change. After my oil change, my car started to burn oil (it did not burn oil before the oil change). I brought the car in and told them it was burning oil and I was told 'they do not have the proper tools to check if the oil is burning/leaking'. That is BS. I just got back from the car dealership affiliated with my car make and the lady at the front desk said that the Subaru dealership had my car down as a completely different car!! They put the wrong part in my car when I got my oil change, hence why it was burning oil. How do you mess that up?? It says the model of the car right on it!! And I bought the car from Subaru!! While I had my car at the better of the two dealerships, I had them do an oil change. it was $60 for synthetic oil--Subaru charged me $90 for an oil change with regular oil. Over all, I would not recommend. Save some money and go to another dealership. Not worth the hassle and the arguments. More
