The reason I gave 3 stars instead of 5 stars was deceptive pricing on website. Put the actual price of the car you are selling it at, not the MSRP. Granite state subaru was amaing. Fast professional and friendly. They didnt get me exactly what I wanted because the car market so is wonky right now but they were able to provide a Fast professional and friendly. Brought my vehicle in for a simple oil change and tire rotation and they left a giant 3 inch long vertical scratch that catches your finger nail in the drivers side skirt panel, they offered to have the d rotation and they left a giant 3 inch long vertical scratch that catches your finger nail in the drivers side skirt panel, they offered to have the detail shop buff it out and although it looks much better it’s still there and I’m not happy with the finished result! Was told the manager would follow up with me first thing Monday morning and as of 12:25 I’ve yet to receive a call, text, or email. Probably won’t bring my vehicle back to this suburu dealership ever again , not impressed. More
