We had a concern regarding a noise that was heard only after the 60,000 mile service performed by Granite Subaru. We brought the car in and they spent an hour trying to observe the sound, and checked ever after the 60,000 mile service performed by Granite Subaru. We brought the car in and they spent an hour trying to observe the sound, and checked everything they had done during the Forester's last visit. While they couldn't replicate the noise and couldn't find anything wrong, we left secure in the knowledge that Granite Subaru had worked diligently to listen our concerns and had a record of those concerns should anything arise in the future.
