Our new vechicle sales experience with Chase Griffin was an absolute pleasure. He was knowledgeable, thorough, responsive, friendly and attentive. Years ago I priced oil changes vs foing it myself and Firestone w/Coupons. Decided the cost is similar at this Subaru - when they were Nashua Subaru, then Prime Subaru, now Granite Subaru. I thought I could trust my usual mechanic but they did more damage for a simple oil change. Now I just go to Granite for my routine service. They even let me know if I'm overdue for something else.
