We are sorry to hear about your experience. Out of state sales can get complicated, however it seems like something went wrong with this transaction. Unfortunately when dealing with lien holders and banks, titles can get delayed. We will review everything that happened to see if we can adjust our processes to ensure this does not happen again. The only way to make this right is to pay back the late fees I had to pay to register the truck. I had been in constant contact trying to do the right thing and was pushed off. I did feel like I was made a priority in this situation at all.
