I made the switch from a different Subaru dealership (in NH) about five years ago when we bought our current Subaru from Granite because of the service department. I bought my Subaru here in 2019 and have taken it back for service ever since. This is probably the best experience I've had with any car dealership. The valet service for repairs is clutch. The app they use provides pictures and details for repairs as opposed to just blindly sending you an item saying you should replace something. More
I have no issues with my salesman; he was awesome. The paperwork on the other hand did NOT go well.. I bought my truck from out of state; I lived in VT. So, I was going to have to do the title/taxes e The paperwork on the other hand did NOT go well.. I bought my truck from out of state; I lived in VT. So, I was going to have to do the title/taxes etc in VT.. I was NOT informed of this. (They also sent me home with the wrong Lien holder paperwork; sent me the correct stuff later)I wasn’t even given a copy of the title to be able to process it. I contacted the dealership as I hadn’t received a plate from VT. They then informed me I needed to do it. I asked for a copy of the title.. they insinuated that I had thrown it out cause they claimed they gave me a copy. For extra info, I still have paperwork on cars I have traded in from 4-5 years ago. They then had me take pictures of all the paperwork they gave me; shocker.. no copy of title. They informed me that they needed to apply for a new title, it would take a couple weeks. Couple months had gone by, I constantly contacted them to get updates. I finally get the title..5.5 months after purchase…. The actual title.. that should have been sent to my lienholder. Meanwhile, my lienholder was on me because I hadn’t registered my truck and they had no title. My lienholder sent me an envelope which had to have a simple power of attorney so they may send the state the title and all that entails.. it took six months to be able to register my truck!!! Six months! I had to pay penalties on registration fees!!! I am not impressed with how my situation was handled by them at all! More

Great service and turnaround time. I came in for a headlight replacement, and they recommended several other services. One of those was a grease-leaking boot in the driver's side fro I came in for a headlight replacement, and they recommended several other services. One of those was a grease-leaking boot in the driver's side front axle. They made no pressure for me to have it done, especially since it had been replaced recently by Midas. I went back to Midas, and they fixed it under warranty. Great service for Granite Subaru, with no pressure to have other things fixed, but making me aware of issues.. More
