As I sent in a text yesterday I have been a long standing customer at Granite Subaru for many years and endured many serious errors/problems from service. When I was told yesterday when asking if they could check a rattling sound in my car that I'd be charged a diagnostic fee plus fee to fix, I was beyond disappointed and shocked. I felt like they wanted their money and to move on instead of recognizing history and trying to honor and make exceptions to support the issue at stake. Feeling disappointed. More
