Grapevine Honda did all requests I asked and they followed through with everything the said they would do. There wasn’t any hidden fees. They didn’t overcharge me for items they sold me. Not impressed at all. The people they have inspecting used vehicles is not very good at their job. The vehicle we got two weeks ago has a busted radiator and some mixed co The people they have inspecting used vehicles is not very good at their job. The vehicle we got two weeks ago has a busted radiator and some mixed coolant or added stop leak to the truck. Either way the expensive warranty they offer doesn’t cover radiators or fluids being mixed. At least that’s what my wife was told when she went to get warranty information as we dropped the vehicle off. Then the lack of actual care was along the lines of well we will have to send it to dodge and see what they say. My wife initially wanted to go back once we pay the car down. That probably won’t happen. Worse experience so far with a dealer and the not our problem attitude that you get after the sale. More
