My over all experience with Grappone was great. Rob Washburn was very down to earth and didn't (B.S.)anything to make the sale. His knowlage of the vehical is outstanding. I quickly eliminated I was a first time new car buyer and interviewed several dealers to determine with whom I wanted to establish a relationship. I quickly eliminated some based on an overall reaction to an unpleasant experience in interaacting with their people. I did not respond well to high pressure tactics, lack of product knowledge or ambivalence in one case. I am not an impulse buyer but view myself rather as an educated consumer who wants courteous interaction, accurate facts and a projection that I will be a valued customer with a long relationship. Price is of course a sensitive component but not the sole determining factor. Graponne FORD provided a welcome buying atmosphere as soon as I entered the showroom. Ruth was courteous, polite, and attentive to my inquiries and did not display any sales pressure to close a "deal" on the spot. She was extremely willing to gather information as my questions developed. I left with an initial price proposal and she followed up later in a timely fashion, but not over bearing. Later we negotiated a trade-in price of my present vehicle to determine a final purchase cost. Even though they were not the lowest price overall, I made the decision to allow Graponne to sell me my new Explorer XLT. I would rate Ruth and Graponne as providing a very good buying enviornment to purchase vehicles. More

To be honest, I was not sure of this Dealership at first. I made a deal that I had bad feelings about after and quite frankly did not fully understand. Well, he did make it right and now I have to say that is a rare thing today. I have never heard of a Dealership doing that after the papers were signed. I am truely impressed!! More

There was also no pressure in the back room - simply a straightforward explanation of the insurances and warranties available and our options. All in all, it was a great experience.
