Two reasons this dealer was outstanding. First, the dealership had someone available at 8am to answer basic questions like availability of specific inventory. Very easy to deal with, clearly communicated what we needed to have checked out, even though my Sienna had some goofy electronic issues. We got a fair price and I assume they got to make a fair profit; that is good business in my mind. Same experience at the end with additional warranty and protection options.
