EXTREMELY POOR EXPERIENCE! I went in to the dealership yesterday to get more information on the 2018 Jeep Wrangler unlimited and possibly test drive. I arrived at the dealership I went in to the dealership yesterday to get more information on the 2018 Jeep Wrangler unlimited and possibly test drive. I arrived at the dealership unsure where the customer parking was because nothing was labeled and there were new cars without plates on them parked out front. I called and was told that was the customer parking. I walked in with my boyfriend and there were 3 employees sitting on the couches and 2 managers at the desk. I was greeted by a female salesperson that hoped up off the couch. I told her that I was interested in the wrangler and I saw one so I started making my way over as we spoke. I opened the door and saw that it was manual and told her that I definitely needed an automatic and she informed me that they did have them with automatic transmission. Needless to say that was the only bit of information she had on the car. I asked a number of questions in regards to options, features, and mechanics and 100% of the time she said she didn’t know and only offered to check when I asked the horsepower which she then asked me to come back to her desk and she started looking up options and asked me if I wanted to lease or finance. I want to lease. She then asked what monthly payment I was looking for and I informed her that if the car didn’t have what I wanted then the payment wouldn’t matter so I’d like to know about the car first. She then looked up and gave me the horsepower and asked if it was enough. I believed it would be and she offered a test drive. While on the test drive she again couldn’t answer any questions about wipers, defrost, or heated seats. My boyfriend had to point out how to turn on the rear defrost from the back seat. After a few minutes of driving I made a U-turn and went back to the dealership. Once back at the dealership I asked what was the difference between the one we drove and one in the showroom with a larger screen and she said “they’re the same, this one is just a little different” I told her I liked the color of that one and she grabbed the window sticker and offered to show me numbers on it. Even though it has a manual transmission. We went back to her desk and she went to the managers and came back and told me that it had navigation and heated seats but that particular Sahara didn’t lease well. I’d had enough. I told her that I would do my research on my own to get a better idea of what I wanted. Before going to this dealership I test drove another car of another brand and was dead set on driving my “dream car” the wrangler, before making a decision. After this experience I can honestly say I will NEVER purchase from this dealership or recommend it to anyone. Ever. More

Engine light went on after pushing button for 4 wheel drive I had to make a appointment for 3 days later. I waited 3 hours in their waiting room and then the service person came over and said the car was read I had to make a appointment for 3 days later. He changed the oil without asking me and I refused to pay and so he took off the charge, made up another bill and charged me a labor charge for $130. for repair which I assumed was for a diagnostic charge and a fuse that blew when I used the tire inflator 3 months before. I called Chrysler and complained and they refunded me the money as the dealer refused to take off this charge. The engine light appeared again 4 hours later and I called Chrysler again to bring this car to another dealer which I did and the problem was fixed. Other dealer charged me $432. for a diagnostic charge and 2 hours labor for a new $48.00 Thermostat, outrageous. 6 Days later my seat belt warning bell and directional turning bell stopped working. Never will go back and never buy a American car again. More

Their waiting area has free wifi, snacks, coffee, a kid playing area, TV, and comfortable chairs. They also have a shuttle service to the Red Line and Orange Line. I tried another dealer when I moved to Quincy but returned to Grava; it was worth the drive to get my cars serviced by their reliable team. All the service staff are great, but Courtney is amazing! Friendly and efficient. More

Truck sat in parking lot down the street for a week. Now it's back again. Same issue. Broke down on the xpressway twice. Joe doesn't care and Mike in sales only wants the money. I have filed a complaint with corporate in MI. Been assigned a case number. My next step I'd to just trade it in and be done with them. Worst service ever. More
