I met sales consultant Shane Sam and he was awesome we test drove the vehicle, he didn't try to pressure the sale at all which I truly appreciated he only explained the features of the vehicle and explained to me why it was a good deal. I had no plans of purchasing the vehicle today but Mr. Sam's went the extra mile in helping me get financing and now I am the proud new owner of my dream car a Mercedes Benz SL550. Wow... Wasn't your typical expected salesperson just looking to make a deal. He answered all my questions truthfully and can some great advice. BUT the best customer experience received was from ALEX in finance. Going into the dealership, I knew that my credit score was around average. On the first run through with trying to get my desired target amount, the numbers didn't look favorable. ALEX stated that he was determined to get my business and would do whatever it took to make this deal work. WELL he came through on his PROMISE and got me the financing that I was comfortable with the next day. Needless to say, I am now enjoying my vehicle. THANKS GUYS! More
