We notified Gravity promptly and have made repeated efforts to resolve the issue directly. Their position is that they will not cover the repair and instead offered to have us bring the vehicle back to Chicago for a lower customer paid repair price. Buying a vehicle and immediately facing a major repair is bad enough. Having to fight for help afterward has made the experience much much worse. More
