He went above and beyond for my family and me by securing an amazing, fair deal on my pickup truck trade-in and taking the time to show me multiple upgraded vehicles. Even though I wasn’t able to make a purchase today, Chris provided expert advice and helped me develop a personalized plan; I truly feel like he will not rest until I am in my new dream truck. His communication is top-notch, as he stayed in touch at all times of the day to keep me updated. Beyond the sales floor, Chris even noticed that my current Traverse extended warranty was overpriced and is now working directly with the finance team to get me a better, longer-term deal with hardly any money out of my own pocket.
