I purchased a car last December from M&i. 3 hrs after I purchased it the car needed to be towed back to the dealer due to the air suspension failing. After 14 days I was told that the car had a bad leaking strut. Interesting how a two hour repair turned into a 14 day repair. After having to drive back to the dealer to pick up my 40k car I just purchased, less than 100 miles later the suspension is still failing and not working correctly. I had purchased the dowc extended warranty from M&i and was told to bring the car back to M&i for repairs to save on copay. I called the service shop they claim to have three separate times leaving a message twice and never got a call back. It is now March and I have driven the car less than 500 miles and i decided to take the car on a short drive and after getting about 20 minutes from home I get a low tire pressure warning light. I pull over and get out to a flat tire. You call dowc for a tow and guess what!? They don’t have any service providers available and I am told to make calls myself to find a tow. I got the car towed and had to pay out of my pocket. After the tire was pulled off I was notified that the tire was extremely damaged and torn completely on the inside and it appeared the car was driving on a failing suspension causing wear on the tires causing tears. I was not surprised having to deal with the suspension from the time I purchased the car. I purchased two new tires for the car and got it back home. Soon as the shop notified me of the damage and their concern I reached out to Randy the manager at M&i and expressed my frustration, he had informed me that he would talk to the owner and let me know what they could do. We’ll…….. three weeks later and no response. The place is a joke and the most unprofessional car dealership I have ever dealt with. I purchase new cars every two years so I’ve dealt with many dealerships and M&i by far is the worst. It was my mistake to think that buying a 40k car that it would have gone through a standard safety check and inspection prior to selling a car. There was clearly none of the above done on the car. It was unsafe and unroadworthy. The dowc extended warranty is a scam and completely worthless. I’m not surprised by there relationship with each other. So if your looking for a safe family vehicle that you don’t want to worry about having any issues with? Do not buy from M&i! You’ve been warned! More
Terrible experience, going on 5 months without reimbursement for repairs that were agreed upon in writing day of delivery of vehicle. Invoice was sent to company in September. Several emails and phone calls made and acknowledged, I was ensured payment was mailed. I have yet to receive. Amount owed was less than $800. Yet, company cannot pay as agreed. Be careful doing business as I would not recommend! More
Bought a Jaguar F-Pace from them (out of state and shipped to me). Was told the vehicle was in perfect condition and when I specifically asked if it has any issues I was told no. Computer kept clearing out the codes without reading them so took 3 months to get properly diagnosed but needed new pump, gaskets, etc for $2100+. I called and spoke to my salesman and he said don't worry we'll take care of things and make it right. Have been getting the runaround for about a month now with no one returning my phone calls or emails. I should have looked at these reviews before I purchased because it's EXACTLY what I'm going through! Will never purchase anything from them again and I suggest you run the other way if you deal with them!!! More
Bunch of scammers… starting with the russian guy in the service who is asking his so called mechanics to drill holes in the catalytic reductors, rewire abs sensors and clear the codes so the check engine l service who is asking his so called mechanics to drill holes in the catalytic reductors, rewire abs sensors and clear the codes so the check engine light will appear on your way back home after 30 miles, the serbian manager who is smiling all the time knowing that he is selling you a junk car, and finishing with the sales adviser who is allways scared when you test drive the car that the check engine light will appear during the test drive, and the guy from finance department who is requesting only cashiers checks and ask you to sign the 10% return policy so they can keep 1-2k of your car costs if you return it the same day!!! What a waiste of time and money!!! Just go and buy a car at a different dealership!!! Dont trust anyone there!!! More

Well....I expect when I pay $19,000 the car makes it more than 200 miles without issues. After putting $3,000 into it they said they would not cover any cost but would take the car back for $16,200. YEAH RIGHT. $23,000+ total into the car and you offer $7,000 less? Oh and make sure you get a third party inspection done with emissions testing. My catalytic converter had holes drill through it!!! Stuck with all the cost and they could care less. They sold me a car with bandaids on it!! More

Joel helped close out the paperwork in a timely manner, explaining financing and extended warranties. I think I was back on the road to Wisconsin in just over One Hour! I was so excited with my purchase I forgot my jacket in my trade in and they promptly shipped it to my home! Great car! Great work everyone! David More
HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE. Not only was Joel rude on the phone, it seemed that through the entire process he had better things to do. I made the mistake of buying and shipping the car online. The delivery person pleaded with me to delay the arrive because he wasn’t in town anymore after he delayed the arrival several times. Then gave me a huge issue when I told him I expected it a lot sooner. Because I had Covid, I didn’t get in the vehicle for a few days. After an hour of driving it, the check engine light came on. Swirls in the paint and a missing lug nut for each wheel. Vehicle aggressively vibrates at 70mph. Months later, I needed a bill of sale because I moved. I contacted them several times and didn’t get a call back, and, whoever answered was rude. You’re typical sleazy used car sales place. Shame on me for having faith in buying a vehicle online. AVOID.
