I visited the dealership on three ocasions while shopping for a new pickup. Each time my salesperson (Andy West) seemed to know exactly what stage I was at in the buying process. After comparing prices of the cars, and looking at them, we decided on the new 2012 Traverse. So far, we are extrememly pleased with the vehicle. It's quiet, smooth riding, and very easy to operate. Also, Ken Startia, Financial Services, was great to work with. We are originally from Long Beach, MS and moved to this area after Hurricane Katrina. That made it personal talking to him, as he is originally from Pass Christian, MS. Not only did he explain all the financial options, but the conversation was on a welcoming and personal note.
