We walked in after submitting the online credit application and told Eugene we had seen a specific vehicle online and were interested in testing it. Highly Satisfied Customer My car shopping experience started off horrible. I began talking to another salesman from one of the sister lots about the car I was interested in and My car shopping experience started off horrible. I began talking to another salesman from one of the sister lots about the car I was interested in and long story short we didn’t get much done. Mr. Eugene Perkins, my salesman came to the rescue and turned my unsatisfied visit into a perfect one. I called Mr. Perkins and everything was worked out except a few minor things in less than 2 hrs. I actually drove my car home that same day. He was more than helpful. He even followed up with me to make sure everything was going good. Whatever I had questions about he made sure someone checked it out. The dealership itself just has a very pleasant atmosphere and I would definitely recommend it to others and when I’m in the market for another vehicle Gray Daniels Chevrolet will be my first choice. Service Engine Check Light Check Engine light was, had been a recurring error and I knew the code and what it would take to fix it. I have my own code reader and double checked Check Engine light was, had been a recurring error and I knew the code and what it would take to fix it. I have my own code reader and double checked to make sure there were no other codes. Anyway, pull into service Dept...told them what was wrong and what I wanted them to do. Told them I;d wait. After a couple hours waiting a Service Tech came to me with about 5 error codes he had scribbled on a piece of paper. I was about to call him out right then and there but thought, "If they are this unscrupulous to upsell service work? What would they do to my engine if I refused?" Anyway...$140 job turned into close to $500 just to get my truck back. I will never ever do business with them again. More
