Poor communication, no reports for long periods of time. Then I would get the same calls without any new information. I became very frustrated and I let the service person know it. Then she began communicating better and keeping me informed but that was 3 1/2 to 4 weeks into my car being in the shop before this got better. Every time I called and there was nothing new there was an excuse as to why nothing had been done. She was off work, or short techs, off for appts. Excuses. It got better at the end but overall my experience was POOR. More
