Thank you for your response. I did reach out privately but have not received a reply. This A/C issue was brought in multiple times while the vehicle was under warranty, and the vehicle was left at the dealership for extended periods, including for several months at one point, but it could not be duplicated at the time. It has now fully failed and was diagnosed as a compressor issue. I was hoping for assistance given the history, but was told none would be provided. I would still be open to discussing any options to help resolve the situation.
