Dropped off vehicle for appointment and they didn’t touch my car for 27 hours. Then they did a full inspection on my car that I didn’t ask for. I tried to reach my service advisor and they would not answer o my car for 27 hours. Then they did a full inspection on my car that I didn’t ask for. I tried to reach my service advisor and they would not answer or call me back. They finally started on the actual service repairs asked for 50 hours after initial appointment. Once started, I got a call to pick up my car in a reasonable time. The actual service team that did the recalls and repair did a great job though. More
