When I phoned from Laurel, MS regarding a vehicle and the amount of money I was willing to pay, I was immediately encouraged by the dealer, CEdric Beal to drive to Jackson and they had a vehicle for my price amount of money I was willing to pay, I was immediately encouraged by the dealer, CEdric Beal to drive to Jackson and they had a vehicle for my price range. Upon arriving i test drove the vehicle and agreed to purchase it. However, I was offered another deal on a new 2013 Altima and I was very pleased with the offer and drove off the lot with a new 2013 Nissan Altima!!! That was the second car lot of the morning I had visited and I had left the first one because of the not so good service. I found a used maxima i wanted and elliot was ready to sign papers within 5 minutes of me being there. My father kept calling me and he made the comment "tell him to quit calling you are doing this by you sign papers within 5 minutes of me being there. He approahes me while my father is with me and starts arguing about what they offered me for my trade in. U dont argue with a customer. That almost cost them a sale. But thankfully Rebecca was great to work with. She was friendly and genuine about wanting to help and Find the best deals for me. She was excellent and personable. Mike and Buddy were both very friendly and I appreciate all they did for me. I took my car to get a few things to get fixed that were promise to me upon sale of my vehicle. When I got it back there was little paint specks all over my car and a golf ball sized place on the front of my car where the paint had been chipped and they tried to cover it up. They had never informed me anything had happened to it and it looked terrible. It WILL be going back to get fixed. More
