I spent a lot of time deciding on the right car for my needs and the best value and Rick went out of his way to show me all of the best features, the best pricing and the best overall value. I really appreciate the time and effort that he spent and will definitely buy from Gray Epperson again when I have future needs for a car.
Donna went far beyond normal customer service to help us with the service of our car. We were just a drop in service customer and she got us serviced in a very timely manner. Thank you Donna for saving us from having to make another trip for service.

Once repair on my Mazda 6 was complete the tech took it on a test drive and TOTALED my car when he pulled out in front of another vehicle!
They refuse to do a thing to help me. They won't return an email or phone call. They have turned it to their insurance of course...who is stonewalling and screwing us over because that what insurance companies do. I asked the dealership so very nicely to help me in buying a replacement with some extra discount since they totaled my car. The response from the manager Billy West that was communicated through the sales guy, "We won't take any loss."
Really?! The insurance company is offering $5000 less than what I can replace my car for in the real world. I am taking a $5000 loss and they won't give up their precious profit dollars to make it right!
The folks at Grey Epperson are the poster children for crooked car dealers!!!!!

On day one the a.c. did not work or back latch. Was told just needed Freon. Which he did not even offer. Well turns out bad compressor. He said he would fix a.c. or latch. We fixed latch then guy said if air got fixed I needed to pay him directly cause it would come out of his pay and he had kids too. This was a lie. So finally I complained to his boss and it got fixed. I have had it 3 months and rear end has went out. Manager said being in for estimate and we would try to figure something out. Yeah 1300, I don't have for a overpriced 2006 jeep. Well got a call a couple days before Thanksgiving and they read my previous review and he said he would sort it out and call back. No call, and not surprised. Just a goosechase since I have had it. Not even drivable at this point and owe a lot on it. So dissatisfied. My transportation for my child and me. I have frequent Dr. Appts. And my child is in school.
So, I took my new MX-5 Club Edition to Gray Epperson Mazda for its first recommended service, which included rotation of the tires, if you are familiar with the Club Edition it has dark grey wheels, well they service technician damaged the paint on three of the four wheels, needless to say this will be the last time I ever use this dealership, now I must pay a wheel professional to repaint my wheels..........
I purchased a 2015 Toyota Rav4 from this dealer back in November 2015. The salesman promised me floor mats, cargo mat, and extra keyless entry with purchase. When I picked up the vehicle I had the floor mats but no cargo mat or keyless entry. I have since called back and spoken to the salesman at least on 3 occasions, I even spoke with the sales manager last time. Every time I have called I am given the same story, "I will call you back". Well that call has never happened. I am completely satisfied with my vehicle purchase and didn't think I would have to write a negative review based on something this trivial.
