Took my 2004 bmw x5 in for a recall. What was supposed to be a 1 hour wait time ended up being three hours. To find out they couldn’t perform the recall, I also had to sign a paper showi What was supposed to be a 1 hour wait time ended up being three hours. To find out they couldn’t perform the recall, I also had to sign a paper showing that because of the age seals and gaskets may be brittle or break and that they aren’t liable. That was fine, what was not fine is when I was told it was ready it was parked up front with the door cracked open. The rep walked me to my car and held the door for me which I thought was nice. I found out later because we went into a restaurant that someone broke the driver door handle carrier and it would no longer open from the outside. While I understand things happen do not hide stuff like this from a customer. Extremely unprofessional and I will never take any of my vehicles to Grayson bmw again. Then to have the nerve to send me two messages asking for a review?? At this point all I can do is laugh to not be angry. More
Called in advance of my problem then at my appointment the next week they tell me they don’t have the part. That I will have to come back the next week. I live out of town. Then they leave oil on my passe the next week they tell me they don’t have the part. That I will have to come back the next week. I live out of town.
