Outstanding Service Department Experience I bought my BMW here (from sales) in April 2025 and overall had a great experience, though it really highlighted how exceptional their service department is. While the initial purchase went well, I ran into some follow-up issues with promised items that dragged on for months with the sales team. What should have been straightforward became an ongoing situation with missed deadlines, failed promises, and communication gaps. Everything changed when I mentioned this to a service team member Justin Pickell during my routine maintenance. The difference was night and day. Justin handled everything with complete professionalism, gave me realistic timelines, and delivered exactly what he promised within three days. No excuses, no delays - just solid, reliable service. The contrast really stood out to me. Justin and his service department operate with the kind of efficiency and integrity I would expect from BMW. Justin, in particular, was transparent, followed through on his commitment and clearly prioritized customer satisfaction. I’d definitely recommend Justin Pickell and his service team (I have also worked with Matthew Schroller and Dylan Harris in the past, both of whom are great), especially for anyone who values reliable service after the sale. Our experience far exceeded expectations. We had experienced wheel damage while traveling from out of town on vacation. They were the only shop around that could replace our tire with a match We had experienced wheel damage while traveling from out of town on vacation. They were the only shop around that could replace our tire with a match for my BMW M850i. Fortunately they were able to slot us in to look at the tire and rim tbat was damaged from a pothole. Not only were they able to replace the tire, but we were lucky they had someone who could straighten our rim and get us back on our trip. All while we had lunch down the road that they were gracious enough to drop us off at and pick us up from. Wonderful service and they saved our vacation. More
