My last experience with Grayson was ridiculous with the service department. I brought my car in for a simple take the tire off of the wheel and at a later hour put it back on after wasting my entire day. T service department. Even the service manager could not tell me why Matt supposedly my friend did not bother to call me at an earlier hour to tell me they couldn’t do it so I am extremely upset with them. More

My sales representative, Shane Childress, was highly responsive, honored all my communication requests, while being very candid and helpful. The hand off to finance was seamless, where the team worked to get me a competitive rate and didn’t try to hassle me about unnecessary add-ons. Similar to Shane, Tom Pack in finance was highly responsive, respectful and informative. I wish there was a dealer like Grayson in metro Detroit; I would become a loyal customer. More
