My last experience with Grayson was ridiculous with the service department. I brought my car in for a simple take the tire off of the wheel and at a later hour put it back on after wasting my entire day. T service department. Even the service manager could not tell me why Matt supposedly my friend did not bother to call me at an earlier hour to tell me they couldn’t do it so I am extremely upset with them. More
I am an out of state buyer who purchased a used vehicle from Grayson BMW. Historically, I have dreaded the car buying process and engaging with dealers. The vehicle is awaiting dispatching for delivery, but I could not be more pleased with my experience. My sales representative, Shane Childress, was highly responsive, honored all my communication requests, while being very candid and helpful. The hand off to finance was seamless, where the team worked to get me a competitive rate and didn’t try to hassle me about unnecessary add-ons. Similar to Shane, Tom Pack in finance was highly responsive, respectful and informative. I wish there was a dealer like Grayson in metro Detroit; I would become a loyal customer. More
Check engine lite while on vacation. Grayson was nearest BMW dealership. They managed to fit me in next morning 1st thing. Friendly, courteous, competent. I was out in an hour. Whenever I visit Grayson I feel valued as a customer.
