When the "Track your vehicle" feature of the BMW USA website went down, Andrea kept us informed of the ship's progress across the Atlantic, the prep center's preparation and release of the vehicle to the car transporter for overland delivery to the dealer. She worked to get the financing I was comfortable with as well. As a woman, buying a car can be an intimidating experience. I felt very comfortable working with Andrea, and still do. Since I purchased my BMW, Andrea has stayed in touch, ready to answer any questions or concerns I have. When I expressed concern about some of the features on my car, she asked me to meet with her at Grayson. She took the time to go over every feature on my car and show me what it does and how it works. I have never had any salesperson do that when I bought a new car. After purchasing a car in April, a 535I 2008, our sales girl did all the financing, the finance manager was unavailable. The car was hail damaged and it took 3 months to get back because they lied and lied about the status. They had to eat a rental twice for dropping the ball. One of the Grayson's son was very unprofessional and rude. Since the sales lady did our financing she did not mention explain the warranties or road hazards that were available and the length of each, so now they act like SOL> for us. I would never ever buy another car from Grayson ever More
