Great folks for 32 years My wife and I went to this dealership when we moved to Akron in 1983 when it was still Rick Case. We were happy then with service, and we bought a c My wife and I went to this dealership when we moved to Akron in 1983 when it was still Rick Case. We were happy then with service, and we bought a couple of new cars from them. Then Mike Pruitt bought the franchise. The good service continued, and we bought more new cars from them. Now it is Great Lakes Honda. Again, we find the same excellent service team, a happy work force, and good experiences. And we have bought another new car from them. We recommend the team at this dealership - we'll keep going back. This visit I even sat with our car salesperson while they changed the oil, just because she is a nice person and fun to talk with. More
