First of all, I can't compliment the customer service enough. They weren't pushy, and they let me make the ultimate decision. I would rate my overall experience 10 out of 10, and would recommend Great Lakes Hyundai to a friend without thinking twice. It wouldn't be an accurate review unless I mentioned the fact that the price was a steal! This was my first lease, so I was a little unsure how affordable it would be to get in the Sonata that I've wanted for quite some time. I had a WONDERFUL experience at this dealership. My buying experience was something I never thought that I would experience at a dealership. It didnt feel like I was being pressured to buy a car or to buying experience was something I never thought that I would experience at a dealership. It didnt feel like I was being pressured to buy a car or to do anything I didnt want to. My salesperson, Sara treated me with respect and took wonderful care of me. She got me everything that I asked for and more. I feel like I got the best deal, and I know that I wouldnt get this treatment at another dealership. She even came in on her day off just because I said I wanted to buy on that day, just to take care of me. I really appreciate her going above and beyond just for me. I have purchase three vehicles from Great Lakes Hyundai over the past 5 years! Everyone has always gone out of their way to make sure that I have always had a great experience! My sales person, Joe Cimin over the past 5 years! Everyone has always gone out of their way to make sure that I have always had a great experience! My sales person, Joe Cimino, and the used car manager, Rob continue to go above and beyond each time that I visit the dealership. The pricing has always been fair and and finance manager even got me a lower payment when I was competing my paperwork than what I had been quoted by my salesperson. What a nice surprise! Also, I live about 45 minutes away from Great Lakes Hyundai but always try to use their device department whenever I can. Sheldon, their service manager is always able to get me in and out quickly and have even gone as far as letting me borrow car if I need to run errands while I am waiting. i would not consider buying or servicing my next vehicle from any other dealer. Keep up the good work! More

We got an amazing deal on our Equus, and, we think, above and beyond overall service. Our questions/concerns are always answered immediately. We have bought many types of "luxury" cars from many different dealers, and I have to say this experience has been the best. Even now when we walk into the dealership, we are treated fantastically-- and we've already bought the car! We would highly recommend this dealership and the great people who work there. More

My experiences at Great Lakes have always exceeded expectations. I have bought my last two cars from this dealership and have had nothing but a positive experience. Everything is always carefully explained to me and any questions I have are always answered. The dealership itself is very welcoming as well as the staff. I live on the west side of Cleveland so it is a bit of a drive to the dealership, but my experience has been so good I would recommend this dealerships and its service department to anyone. More
In 2009 I purchased a gently used 2008 Accent. I fell in love with the car and everyone was very helpful when buying my car. Now though almost 2 years later, I wish I would have never bought my car there. Each and every time after I purchased my vehicle and went in for oil changes I feel like I was treated worse and worse. I feel as if it was a bit of discrimination because I am a young women. When I first purchased my car I was told that I had a life time warranty as long as I brought it in for its regular oil change. I was mislead as I later found out that I had to do everything by the service book. Had I known this I would not have purchased the car from this dealer. A few days later I cam to discover there was no jack in my car that was promised to be there when I went to pick it up. I had to drive an hour just to get this. I also was not given a spare key when I purchased the car and had to return twice more to retrieve a spare key that actually worked. The cashier/receptionist always acts very unprofessional and can be rude at times. The service department is very slow when you come in for a regular oil change. This last time that I went in for oil change I was persuaded to spend 600$ on maintenance according to my owners guide. I did not give into this because I don't have that kind of money to spend when I was not told these things when I bought the car. I waited almost an hour and 45 mins. for a simple oil change. This is wayyy to long. I wish I would have never purchased my car here. It was a waste of time and money. Please don't purchase your vehicle here and tell everyone you know not to either. More
