Pretty Good Experience I had made contact with Great Neck Nissan via the Internet. They stated they had the car I wanted, so I made an appointment to go see it. I met my sal I had made contact with Great Neck Nissan via the Internet. They stated they had the car I wanted, so I made an appointment to go see it. I met my sales person Ramon, and he showed me the car. After a few minutes of Ramon going back and fourth with the sales manager, we made a deal on the new Pathfinder. Then I brought over my trade-in for them to evaluate. I went back and forth with the sales manager Sal trying to come to come to an agreement on the value of my trade. Eventually we came to an agreement and the negotiations were over. Overall it was a decent experience. I didn't feel the hard sell like I have had with past dealerships. A few days later I made an appointment with Ramon to pick-up the vehicle. I was on time and we went to check out the car one more time. The car was missing a few items so Ramon went to check on them. All of a sudden in the middle of the pick-up Ramon seemed to have vanished and the process was taken over by Adolfo. Adolfo stated that Ramon had a family emergency and had to leave. At this point I have been sitting in the showroom for an hour. Finally I get into see Gregg one of the finance managers to take care of the paperwork. After that was done I went out and sat in the showroom for another 15 minutes until Adolfo informs me that they had the wrong VIN number on all the paperwork and it needs to be redone. So back into Gregg's office to fix the errors. To make a long story short, I was there for 2 hours before I was able to drive off in my Pathfinder. Just as I was leaving I see Ramon and asked him what happened because you vanished. He said he had to go to the bank. I kind of shook my head since Adolfo told me Ramon had to leave to tend to a family emergency. Obviously someone was lying. Regarding the condition of the vehicle. I don't think whoever is responsible for prepping the new cars for delivery did a great job. The rear mats were just thrown on the rear seats. On my way I realized that the tire pressure prior to delivery was not checked. All the tires had 10 more pounds of air pressure over Nissan's recommended tire pressure. So the following morning I got the tire pressure squared away. I also had to go around the inside of the car and remove pieces of plastic and tape that should have been removed at the dealership. I also noticed that they used a grease pencil to write their stock number on the inside of the windshield. They didn't even take the time to remove that, so I had to do that as well. They had 3 days from the time we made a deal to the day I picked up the vehicle. They could have done a much better job in prepping the car for delivery. Everything felt last minute. So that's my honest review of the dealings I had with Great Neck Nissan. More

Aside from the superior staff, I found a beautiful used Altima w/, low mileage, & fully loaded. The car was very well priced, and I decided to splurge and purchased an addition bumper-to-bumper warranty and maintenance package that's good for 96 months or 120,000 miles. All for a fraction of what I would have paid for new (I'm sure they'd have given me the same great deal and service had I been in the market for a new car). Again, in my book you can't go wrong here...from what I just read of the other reviews, a lot of others feel the same as me. Thanks again Great Neck Nissan, you guys are the best. I'll be back!
