Since we were due to potentially sign off on a new lease with a different dealership we figured what harm could it do to give it a shot. Jonathan beat my offer by a few dollars but the added bonus of their silver or gold cards (free car washes, oil changes and tire maintenance) were a huge benefit since we live in Queens. That's right, get a flat or mess up your rims on one of those 1,000,000 city pot holes during the winter and Great Neck Nissan will repair/replace your tires and rims at no cost. It is always one of my biggest concerns with leasing a car (potholes and bad street parkers). Now regarding my experience: Upon first impression the dealership is HUGE and very well kept. The staff also carry themselves very well and present themselves in a professional manor. Many of the other dealerships we went to were so aggressive with the sale that nothing else seemed to matter and many times the sales person was so inexperienced he had no idea what he/she as talking about. Jonathan was polite, courteous and it's immediately apparent that he cares about his client experiences. We were offered water, bagels and "the best popcorn on Long Island". There was little haggling and everything was done in a timely and comfortable fashion. Unfortunately after we signed off on our lease we had to wait quite some time for our car to arrive from their car storage area (it was blocked in by other cars). This was no fault to the dealership but what amazed us was that Jonathan went ahead and ordered us lunch since we had kids and had been waiting for some time. The gesture alone was enough to earn him his 5 stars but as a whole we had a great experience. We're looking fwd to a long car buying relationship with Great Neck Nissan. Thanks again Jonathan! More

And imagine we were so satisfied from Jonathan and the rest of the company that we got our car from there ( great neck) meanwhile we live in Astoria queens so if someone drives to that specific dealership from Astoria it means they doing something right!!! Great job guys great atmosphere and even at the end when we had the keys for our brand new car the whole crew applause and chearing for us. It was such a great experience once again. More

5 Star customer service by Wilson J Bermudez Took my 2003 Maxima for airbag recall on 11/6/2015 morning and was warmly greeted by service advisor Wilson Bermudez. Upon finding out that the airba Took my 2003 Maxima for airbag recall on 11/6/2015 morning and was warmly greeted by service advisor Wilson Bermudez. Upon finding out that the airbag inflator for the recall was not in stock, Wilson promptly bring it to my attention and went out of his way to locate the part from another dealer. He called me back the same morning after getting the inflator and had it installed while I waited. What's above and beyond was that Wilson offered me a free complimentary car wash and oil change though I declined the oil change since it was done not long ago. While I waited, Wilson kept me informed of the progress any brought it to my attention of a few items in the car. There were no unwanted sales pressure as Wilson patiently explained the recommended work. Upon the completion of the recall, Wilson personally walked out again with the paperwork and thanked me for choosing their dealership for service. All this goes to tell you that I've received 5-star service from this place which you'd only expect to receive from luxury brands. There was no question that Wilson Bermudez was an asset to the dealership and he's done a great job to make sure that the customers come first. Keep up the great customer service Wilson! More

When I sat down with Phil, he was extremely aggressive started off offering me 650-750/month $4000 down. What a joke. For a Nissan Maxima that ISN'T but TRIES to be a sports car, I rather go to an Infiniti, Lexus, or BMW dealer, and get deals on more sporty cars. Not to mention, Nissan isn't even a premium brand. Other than the prices he offered me, he just kept stalling me and wasting my time. More
