Initially, I was having severe difficulty with my 2013 Nissan Altima and was extremely dissatisfied that the issue wasn’t being taken seriously and th Initially, I was having severe difficulty with my 2013 Nissan Altima and was extremely dissatisfied that the issue wasn’t being taken seriously and that it wasn’t resolved after several trips to Great Neck Nissan. On one of the trips, while waiting to be helped, I overheard another service representative speaking to a customer in an inappropriate and unprofessional manner that made me very uncomfortable. I began to think that purchasing a Nissan was a big mistake. In January of 2015, I returned to try to seek a resolution for the third time as the problem with the car became increasingly severe and dangerous (it was sputtering, hesitating, and stalling out regularly during my daily rush hour commute). A service advisor, Wilson J. Bermudez, greeted me and for the first time, I felt that my concerns were being heard and that someone understood the severity of the situation. Mr. Bermudez acted in a courteous and professional manner and shared my determination to get to the root of the problem. When the service department still couldn’t identify the problem and expected me to take the car as is, I was ready to file a formal complaint with Nissan headquarters. I expressed my anger to Mr. Bermudez and he consulted with his supervisor. This led to a mechanic keeping my car overnight and monitoring it, which finally enabled them to identify and remedy the matter. Mr. Bermudez’ efficiency, consideration, interpersonal skills, and resolve are the reason I still have my car and continue to use the service department at Great Neck Nissan. He is truly an asset to the company and they are extremely fortunate to have him in their employ. More

Even though I came into the dealership late, he didn't rush the process. At no time did I feel overwhelmed or pressured as one expects when going into a dealership.
