Excellent customer service As soon as I called up about a 2014 nissan rouge I was greeted by a lady and tranferred over to Nathan Nabat, scheduled an appointment and met up wi As soon as I called up about a 2014 nissan rouge I was greeted by a lady and tranferred over to Nathan Nabat, scheduled an appointment and met up with him, this car is for my father, so we ran a little late, Nathan hadn't take a break so he had the courtesy to call me and let me know he might be out for 15 mins., but when we came in he greeted us in the drive way, made a xxxx of a first impression. He took our info down and took us to see this beautiful suv, showed us all the features and took his time, we ended up buying the car, he got the car detailed and ready for my father while my father was with Greg, the finance guy, another person who showed us nothing but the best. This is the second car I buy from TITAN MOTORS, my frist was a Sentra SE-R SPEC V, still have the car and love it. Overall this place is great, THANKS NATHAN AND GREG. More

It took a while for me to make a decision, but both (as well as other members of the dealership) helped me make the final purchase. They both took their time with explaining a lot of details to my mother and I (especially since there was a language barrier at times when explaining things to my mother). Phil also made sure that my car was in great shape before I left the dealership and continues to ensure that it is. Their deals and packages are great and they take the time to work with you.
