Garrett Mark BS Seller ! when his want sale , his promise me bring back car fix his give me rental car free, but when i come his call me said not , his Fk Bs Seller ,his promi when his want sale , his promise me bring back car fix his give me rental car free, but when i come his call me said not , his Fk Bs Seller ,his promise fix dent on door ,front bumper lil scratch and back up camera then detail all car(in and out) wash any thing , when i buy , his told me bring back on 2weeks later on jun/3/2015 , they keep my car 23days, they fix dent on door and camera only , bumper and detail they dont do, ANY ONE CAREFUL with this dealer and BS seller Garrett Mark , that how they tricking customer !!! More

It took 3 days for me to Drive my new Masaratti Grand Tourismo. Thanks to greater Chicago motors and their staff. No extras in pricing the cars are as they appear the show room speaks volumes that they care about the product they are selling. Most dealers start to add things to the price, but not these guys they give you a number and that is it. I have already recommended them to friends and would to anyone looking for a special car. More

Buyer Beware!!! What a joke...I talked with Demetri several times prior to my visit concerning a 2007 SL. Upon my arrival, the car was brought out, I drove the vehic What a joke...I talked with Demetri several times prior to my visit concerning a 2007 SL. Upon my arrival, the car was brought out, I drove the vehicle and was ready to make a deal, or so I thought. I arrive back to the dearlership and was immediately greeted by Demetri telling me that I am NOT driving the car I inquirer about but a 1 year newer car which was $5000 more. Much to my surprise not only did they try and sell me the wrong car, but the correct car wasn't even drivable, it was "being serviced" and not ready. When I made it clear that I had no intentions in buying a car for $5000 more, they tried to convince me to buy a car that I couldn't even drive. The "manager" then said he would make me a deal for my trouble if I would purchase the original car I was interested in but what he called a deal was $100 less than full price. Very unprofessional and shady. Demetri knew for several days that I was planning on driving over 2 hours to buy a 2007 SL and instead of making sure it was ready for me, attempted to trick me into buying a more expensive 2008. I have read all the great reviews on here but I wanted to let everyone know that they are not as upfront and honest as they appear. More

Wanted to give it some time to get to know the car, make sure there were no hidden problems. I live in FL and did everything via phone and mail. I was able to get a hold of Sam almost anytime of day or night. He told me the car was a 9 out of 10 and I can agree (maybe an 8 if I was real picky). He sent me extra pics of the car as requested. Overall, great experience especially considering I bought the car sight unseen. (Delivery was the only area that created some problems but it was resolved) I would definitely buy from them again.
