First, this is my second time coming to the Chicago area to purchase an Infiniti. My first experience had me quite hesitant (at another dealership) as I had to fly in from Fargo, ND. Both times I have arrived later in the afternoon by plane. Greater Chicago Motors stepped up and had everything lined up before even leaving the comfort of home. Barry was in correspondence with me two days up until the day I flew out as well as kept in contact with me far after the deal had been closed. Barry had one of his colleagues pick me up during rush hour traffic leaving O'Hare. This was a genuinely appreciated gesture as before I had to fend for myself in an hour long taxi ride which caused me to save a small fortune in cab fare. Once at the dealership I only had a few brief moments to browse Greater Chicago Motors expansive selection of luxury and sport vehicles before I was sitting in the finance office, finishing the paperwork. Also, there was a slight hindrance due to a banking issue that the finance department was able to alleviate quite rapidly. To put it bluntly, this group made things happen and were more than gracious in accommodating each and every one of my needs. There is not one ill thing to be said about Barry or Greater Chicago Motors. As I was browsing the cars even the owner (whose name fleets my mind), came out and personally introduced himself. As soon as I am in the market for another Infiniti or luxury/sport vehicle, Greater Chicago Motors will be one of the first places I turn to. They stayed until 8:30pm (2 1/2 hours after close) to ensure that all went well with the transaction. Everyone was very pleasant and professional and no one acted as though they were in a hurry to get home that Friday evening (though I'm sure they were)...they just worked diligently & professionally to ensure that each and every detail was properly tended to. I was looking for a vehicle for the past 2 weeks, and had a horrible experience prior to visiting this dealership. When looking online I found the vehicle that I have been looking for and called to find ou a horrible experience prior to visiting this dealership. First off I called (I was a little worried since I had horrible experience prior to this) and Barry was able to answer every question I had over the phone, and had the car washed and waxed before I arrived (all dealerships should do this before customers arrive, but most don't). When I arrived the car looked brand new inside and out. I was worried about the engine, and popped the hood and the engine and inside compartments were EXTREMELY clean. Barry did not lie one bit about this car. He did inform me about the accident history on the car, but also noted how the previous owner took care of their car. Then Barry let me drive the car on the E-way to really push the engine. He let me put the car on a lift and let me inspect the car from underneath. The car was in great shape from head to toe, and inside and out. When calling Greater Chicago Motors, ask for Barry. This man will give you the best deal on whatever car is in their lot! Never have I ever had a better experience with a friendlier sales rep!! More

First of all my wife and I were shopping for weeks for a Audi Q7. When we finally made it to Greater Chicago motors we were floored at all the beautiful cars and trucks. Well cool but what really stood out to us was the non pressure from our outstanding salesman Mark! He showed us a couple of model Q7's and when they didn't have the one we were looking for guess what. They found one just for us!! Who does that these days! Casey did an outstanding job with making sure we got the bang for our buck. My wife is very picky. She needed a couple of things done to the Audi. They actually came to my job to pick up the Q7 and gave me a BMW loaner vehicle!! To top it off I didn't even have to drive to the dealership to pick up my car they drove it back to me! Oh I forgot.
