The only thing that prevented Excellent rating all around: A center hub for a rear trunk speaker was missing when we bought the car and was supposed to have been installed--but, alas--it wasn't. When the car was delivered to my house, it had no gas--and actually ran out gas in my driveway. I had to go get gas in a can so we could then drive it to the gas station. Would have been nice if there was *some* gas. More

I contacted Casey who promptly promised to mail me a new copy. It was quite interesting to be able to communicate freely with Casey via phone calls and text messages - found that quite helpful as he responded promptly.
