Brought my Ram 1500 in to have the steering checked. The problem was very bad tires. Since I had suspected that the problem was tires, I had already checked prices at other stores but wasn't sure what tire problem was very bad tires. I wanted to get my first oil change since my purchase while out Christmas shopping. I called Alvin and even though he was not in the office, he said "YES" come in in a hour. I came in requesting my oil be changed and my thermostat checked. My heater worked as long as the car was moving. When stopped at a light, it began blowing cool air. Brandon is always very helpful and cheerful. Even at the end of the day he was smiling and ready to accomodate. My only "complaint" would be that after the car was washed, the back hatch and bumper were st end of the day he was smiling and ready to accomodate. Brandon says that the Kia Soul is really too small for the car wash machine because the equipment is too far away from the back hatch to clean it. Since the car wash is only a customer service benefit, I can't really complain about it but just thought I'd bring it to your attention. Alvin Robinson was our salesman last year when we bought both cars; Sandy Sullivan(?) was the person who completed the financial transactions. Both of them were outstanding and still recognize us when we come in for any reason; we are treated like old friends. Brandon and Tom in Service are also like old friends so we really have nothing but good things to say about Green Kia. More
