Our experience was mixed. The salesperson who helped us find the right car was friendly, patient, and professional. We truly appreciate the time and effort they put into helping us choose a vehicle that fit our needs. Unfortunately, our experience changed when it was time to sign the paperwork. The person handling the financing and documents became noticeably frustrated after we declined the optional full coverage insurance they were offering. After we said no, he responded, “Okay, it’s not my car. I’m not going to pay out of my pocket if something happens, and you’re not hurting my feelings.” That comment felt unprofessional and unnecessary. We understand that additional products and services are offered during the buying process, but customers should never feel pressured or made uncomfortable for declining them. Purchasing a vehicle is a major financial decision, and we expected to be treated with respect regardless of our choices. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers. More

My truck required extensive repairs, including replacement of the transmission, driveshaft, and several 4x4 components. Throughout the entire process, Ashley was outstanding. She consistently kept me informed, answered my questions promptly, coordinated with the warranty company, and made sure I understood what was happening every step of the way. Repairs of this magnitude can be stressful and inconvenient, but Ashley's professionalism, communication, and genuine concern for customer satisfaction made the experience much easier. She always treated me with respect, followed through on her commitments, and demonstrated a level of customer service that is becoming increasingly rare.
