Kevin was very communicative and my car was done just when I was told it would be done. I appreciated Green Ford's flexibility when I picked up my car for a road trip while we waited for my transmission when I was told it would be done. I brought my car to Green because my check engine light was on. They told me my catalytic converter was bad & that I was out of warranty; what Kevin in the service dept neglected to tell me was that I was was on. They told me my catalytic converter was bad & that I was out of warranty; what Kevin in the service dept neglected to tell me was that I was less than 200 miles out of the warranty period & if I called Ford they might help me out. I was also told that I needed new rear brakes, which is interesting because when I had my car in for service at Green 3 weeks ago the service report they gave me showed my rear brakes were at a 7 and still in the green area on the form. I felt that Green Ford was trying to take advantage of me, so I picked up my car and will have it serviced at a different Ford dealership. There are several other Ford dealerships in my area that appear to be much more trustworthy; therefore, I will not return to Green Ford again. More
