Very accommodating service department. I was passing through Greensboro and needed an oil & filter change and tire rotation and they took me in late afternoon and had me set to go in about an hour. Dow through Greensboro and needed an oil & filter change and tire rotation and they took me in late afternoon and had me set to go in about an hour. Downside, I told the front receptionist I wanted to talk to someone regarding an extended warranty. She said someone would be right out to help me.....no one ever came. Oh well, lost the potential of a good sell. More

Everyone I spoke with was absolutely wonderful & very helpful from the gentleman cleaning the showroom, to the staff @ front desk, other sales staff (they all offered me coffee = 10 stars) on up to the f helpful from the gentleman cleaning the showroom, to the staff @ front desk, other sales staff (they all offered me coffee = 10 stars) on up to the finance lady. Got oil change and tire rotation. They did a good job but when driving into the service center neither guy at the computer terminal took the time to greet me or even make eye contact. Recall Overall it was ok. The first guy I spoke to was not the friendliest could work on his customer service skills. Sonya and Kevin were really nice howeve Overall it was ok. The first guy I spoke to was not the friendliest could work on his customer service skills. Sonya and Kevin were really nice however, when I was due to return the rental Sonya left me a message that left me feeling a little uneasy. She (Sonya) stated in a phone message to me that Kevin had called me twice to let me know that my vehicle was ready but that’s not true Kevin called me once and I was not able to call him back right away nor did he mention in his message that my car was ready. He stated that he had a few things to tell me about my car and that was it. . Sonya also stated that I had agreed to turn the rental back in as if I was trying to steal the rental from Ford. I did not appreciate that at all. I had the vehicle twenty-four hours because I had no idea my car was ready before Ford closed for the day. Had Kevin told me in his one and only phone call, I could have made arrangements to return the rental on the same day. More
