I brought my fusion in initially to repair the door latch RECALL as the passenger door would not close and had to be tied shut. Turns out there are 5 RECALLS on my car. I was told by 4 folks I wasn't "qualified" for a loaner which created a huge problem for me. If 5 RECALLS doesn't qualify for a loaner what does???? I wonder had I purchased the car from you that would qualify me.? I would think manufacturer DEFECTS would be addressed without major inconvenience to the car owner.... More
