Anna did a wonderful job with following up on my appt. She managed to secure a loaner during repair! However, the dash around airbag never fixed. It separated when Ford addressed prior recall on passenge She managed to secure a loaner during repair! However, the dash around airbag never fixed. It separated when Ford addressed prior recall on passenger airbag. Invoice says it wasn't related to recall but it was. Ford service dept messed up dash surrounding passenger airbag on a prior visit. It could have been a ford location other than wendover avenue but it was still a Ford service dept that messed it up. I hope that someone can address this issue. Please contact me at 336-420-8245.
