I came here to to trade my truck and buy a truck. I was told I could not buy truck at this time even with my trade in. They wanted to give me the least possible for my trade-in and I left thinking there wa told I could not buy truck at this time even with my trade in. They wanted to give me the least possible for my trade-in and I left thinking there was no hope of me getting a vehicle. I went next door to Crown Nissan they doubled what I was getting for my trade in and was able to get me in a truck like I wanted. So I guess I will be using Crown Nissan and sending my friends and family there. So if green Ford cannot help you, please go next door and give Crown Nissan the chance! More

I came in yesterday for an oil change and then an advisor mentioned I could use back brakes. I said sure slap 2 brake pads on since my truck is already on the lift. My appointment was at 7:45am and I didn't mentioned I could use back brakes. I said sure slap 2 brake pads on since my truck is already on the lift. My appointment was at 7:45am and I didn't leave until 11:20. Then the advisor gave me a bill for $430. I asked him why it cost so much for an oil change and 2 brake pads. He then gave my bill to an experienced worker who dropped the bill some. It was still over $320 so I was still very confused. $100 for the pads is fine but originally charging over $200 for labor was crazy. I'm hoping someone can help clear this up for me.
