This was my first visit to the service department at Green Ford. I made an appointment 2 weeks out, but when I brought my car in for service, it did not appear the gentleman was aware of my appointment, Green Ford. I made an appointment 2 weeks out, but when I brought my car in for service, it did not appear the gentleman was aware of my appointment, or that it didn't really matter. I chose to wait for my vehicle, which is why I assume it took so long for an appointment. I was asked to pay my bill before being shown what the charges were for. I had thought that oil changes were included in the extended service package I purchased, but I haven't confirmed that. Now I feel like I'm being overwhelmed with requests for a review. At the end of the day, my oil was changed so the task was accomplished. Realistically though, I could go anywhere for that and not have to wait 2 weeks. More
