Service does not give timely updates. I had to call 3 times to get an update only to be told it was Assigned to a tech but hadn't been touched yet. That was 8 hrs later, after drop off. Service was great, like the folks greeting me in. Found what was wrong with my car where I ask crossroads in kernersville, they told me nothing, supervisor Mike argue with me on more than one occasion. So what was wrong with my car where I ask crossroads in kernersville, they told me nothing, supervisor Mike argue with me on more than one occasion. So yes I am happy to go the extra mile for the right kind of folks, that are willing to help you, and to fix what is wrong with my vehicle. One of the incidents was black spots on my hood, Mike said it was not them, I to prove to him so I showed him a picture, then he said he would have someone to take it off, and they messed my hood up worse looks like someone scratch it then buffed it. Will never go back to them. Thank you Green Ford! More
