He's a genuine advocate for his customers and always does the right thing for them. I trust him completely and I know he works extremely hard to find the vehicle with the options I want at the best price possible, is always available to answer questions and help with whatever I need, get my service scheduled, calm my anxiety, etc. He's approachable, personable, and has always gone the extra mile which is what keeps me coming back.
