This review is for Green Lincoln. If we could give this dealership zero stars, we would. Our purchase of a new 2021 Lincoln has been a nightmare. We are still waiting for the GM Bob Blakley to call us. We dealership zero stars, we would. Our purchase of a new 2021 Lincoln has been a nightmare. We are still waiting for the GM Bob Blakley to call us. We test drove a car, liked it, purchased it, and drove it home. The next day the desk manager Glenn Dennehy called us and said that we had actually purchased a lesser car and needed to pay an extra $7000 to keep the one we drove home. We told him that was not an option. He said that the salesperson would be bringing the car we actually purchased to exchange for the car we had. He warned us not to drive HIS car in the meanwhile because he didn’t want anymore miles on it. When they brought the car, we found that the front bumper was cracked in two places, many of the options we had asked for were not on the car, and the display screen kept freezing up. We contacted the dealership right away and were told that someone would be in contact. We have been waiting for the GM to call us since last week. Customer service does not seem to be a priority at this dealership. We also feel that we have been victims of a bait and switch scam. All we want at this point is to void our contract and get our deposit back. More

Good job on the car but the dealership was a mask less dealership . None of the employees inside or out wore a mask . After my car was serviced I had the interior cleaned . No I did not :gotten an estimated repair price of $2400 to do a Turn up on my super duty 2012 model. I never thought in 1 million years they I would be price gouge like that. And then when I went to pickup to do a Turn up on my super duty 2012 model. I never thought in 1 million years they I would be price gouge like that. And then when I went to pickup the truck after I said I wasn't going to get it fix they spent 25mins looking for my truck, it took me to walk back to service and asked how long does it take to get my truck before someone told me that couldn't find the truck.
