Brought vehicle in for oil change they didn’t check the air filter and apparently never checked it. My check engine light came on and they don’t know why. Very disappointed. I would prefer someone charg air filter and apparently never checked it. My check engine light came on and they don’t know why. Very disappointed. This was the worst buying experience I’ve had. The management staff didn’t follow up according to what they promised, didn’t communicate the true nature of my issue, and when requested multiple times management staff didn’t follow up according to what they promised, didn’t communicate the true nature of my issue, and when requested multiple times the GM never called me back.
