Service experience was good. The two people who stood out to me were the lady who made my appointment on the phone and the cashier who checked me out after service. Car immediately started having issues the next day. When had pointed out the noise before buying the "honey salesmans" dismissed it up to the wind catching the truck bed. Problem was found quickly and repairs were done quicker than anticipated. Very informative and reasonable on the price of the repairs. Very detailed invoice when the work was completed. Car service is always excellent. I was concerned while waiting in lobby that the Sales people did not wear COVID-19 masks. I was not happy that the service manager dealing with my car could not reach me by phone. He had the correct number and said he called 3 times. I never got the call or a message. I had asked to have the car State inspected and that was forgotten. I also thought the price for the work done was pretty high. $700 to service the transmission and fix a leak just seems like a lot. I did not actually work with Kenneth, there are no Service names to select from. More
