I come here often to get my car serviced. They usually do a decent job. I had four flats and some paint on the car. They just replaced the tires and scrapped the paint off. They did well this time it’s just they didn’t clean the inside of my car like I asked them too nor did they do the exterior cosmetic repairs I asked for. That was for the small stretches and scrapes. John Patterson, the salesman who handled my purchase ( a 2021 Lincoln Aviator Black Label Edition) was absolutely the best. Truck Brought in for Warranty work issue with Radio turning off with Door opened and water leaking inside vehicle. Representative Ashley worked with Safelite Glass Rep and scheduling replacement winds turning off with Door opened and water leaking inside vehicle. Representative Ashley worked with Safelite Glass Rep and scheduling replacement windshield and fixing the issue caused by them with Water Leak - damage to electronic components and carpet. Even though it took over a month to get truck back, Ashley kept me appraised of the parts timeline arrival due to backorder of carpet which was the holdup. Green Ford was very helpful with Loaner Vehicle (x2) during this time since I had to prior events to attend out of state in GA and FL during this period. Green Ford was also proactive - changed the oil in truck since it was showing at 5% left and required very soon. This saved me from making another appointment to have done after warranty work and repairs were completed. Main issue was Safelite Auto Glass corporate was delayed in paying for damage's caused by Improper Windshield Installation by technician. When truck was fixed, it took over four days for them to pay Green Ford for their part so my truck could be returned. Thanks Green Ford for the Warranty work completed and being Proactive with Oil Change being accomplished while at dealership. More
