Let me start of by saying I have only experienced the service department. They treated me like I was no big deal when I brung my vehicle in and ignored my hypothesis on the vehicle. After repeatedly contacting them for updates which they would never give ever, I found out that the issue was not fixed and I had already made a payment. They charged me twice and were very rude to me over the phone when I was being only nice. Get nicer people this is the south where is your hospitality. More

Brandon was wonderful! The wait was ridiculously long as we had to wait for hours for the finance department. For that one reason I would not go back. I found the service to be fine, as I just had a recall fixed. I was very disheartened to see only one person in the service bay caring enough to wear a mask. As a healthcare professional, I feel like th fixed. I was very disheartened to see only one person in the service bay caring enough to wear a mask. As a healthcare professional, I feel like the practices of their sanitation between vehicles and interactions with customers is less than ideal during a pandemic which has been going on for months now. If I didn’t have to have this recall fixed by Ford, I certainly would have went elsewhere. I’m very disappointed that 8 months into a pandemic where millions of Americans are sick and dying, that this is having to be written in a review. More

Do not purchase from this dealership. I was sold a car that had been wrecked and was lied to about it. They switched out the carfax they showed me for one that did not have any issues. They lied to me about the car and we’re not willing to right the wrong when I gave them the opportunity. I was told that it is their practice to only show the first page of the carfax. I have emails to prove it. I was sold a vehicle at the price of one that had never been wrecked and I am now upside down in it and my family will take a huge financial hit so these crooks can line their pockets. I am reporting them to the DMV. If you have also had issues with them I suggest you do the same. More
